At Serge Lutens, we strive for perfection in every fragrance and cosmetic creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, beauty products must remain in their original cellophane packaging and pristine condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our Customer Care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our laboratory verifies the product's integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
